TYPES OF LICENSES I OFFER:
NON-
EXCLUSIVE LICENSE
NON-EXCLUSIVE LICENSE
A non-exclusive license is where you can choose a specific design from my portfolio that can be manufactured by the printer or company of your choice. These designs may also be licensed to other parties and will still remain on sites where my designs are currently sold (POD sites). Audrey Fuller retains the copyright to all of these designs.
EXCLUSIVE LICENSE
EXCLUSIVE LICENSE
An exclusive license is category specific to your product type. Competitors cannot license the design during the licensing term. In other words: a specific design or artwork of mine is negotiated upon, for a specific length of time. For example, if you want to use one of my designs on baby clothing, then I would license to you for that product category, and no one else selling baby clothing (your competitors) would have access to that design, for as long as our contract states/is in effect.

I however, do still retain ownership and copyright of the artwork, and can license the design to a different product industry (paper goods, wallpaper, etc).
TYPES OF PAYMENTS ACCEPTED:
FLAT FEE
Licensing fees are charged as a flat fee for the term of the license and again when the license expires to renew.

ROYALTY OR COMMISSION
Royalty or commission is another option to pay for a license. Usually, 10-20% of retail price of the product or a US dollar amount on each unit sold.
